In most cases the cheapest and easiest way to remove a stump is to use a stump grinder. Stumps can be removed this way 6 – 8 inches below the ground and will stop the tree growing back. This leaves a small amount of wood mulch that we use to fill the hole back in with, back to ground level. This leaves the site neat and tidy and the stump gone!
